1. Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Service only as these Terms allow. Without our prior written approval, you must not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including intellectual property laws, defamation, and statutes protecting privacy or data.

  • Download User Content unless a clear in-product control authorizes it.

  • Use ad-blocking tools to avoid permitted advertisements.

  • Access the Service if you are under the age of 18 or otherwise ineligible under the Terms of Service.

  • Post User Content that is harmful, harassing, threatening, vulgar, violent, inflammatory, or hateful.

  • Publish hate speech targeting protected classes.

  • Illegal & Harmful Content: Depict or promote actual or role-played: exploitation or harm of minors; non-consensual sexual themes; physical torture or extreme violence; illegal drug use or the sale of unapproved controlled substances (see Prohibited Items Policy); suicide or self-harm; or any other conduct that is illegal under applicable law.

  • Sexual Health Exception: While Horizyns is a platform for wellness and sexual health education, content must remain professional. Content intended primarily for shock value, or that depicts illegal acts, remains strictly prohibited.

2 Violations of Prohibited Uses

Unauthorized use of our systems may violate multiple laws. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, termination, forfeiture or redirection of revenue to affected users, and pursuit of civil, criminal, or injunctive remedies. 

We investigate reports and cooperate with law enforcement. We may immediately suspend or terminate any involved accounts, preserve evidence, and report suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement. We may disclose relevant information as legally required to assist investigations.

3 Additional Prohibited Uses for Creators 

In addition to the above, a Practitioner must not:

  • (a) Mislead users about the nature of paid wellness services or educational content;

  • (b) Coordinate payment through unauthorized or compromised instruments;

  • (c) Present pre-recorded wellness sessions (e.g., yoga or meditation) as a "live" stream without disclosure;

  • (d) Break lawful representations or guarantees made to Customers regarding their services;

  • (e) Record or broadcast sessions involving sexual content from public places where nudity is illegal or visible to the unwitting public;

  • (f) Disclose a Customer’s personal or private health-related information;

  • (g) Engage in "sex-for-services" transactions or use the platform to solicit prohibited physical encounters;

  • (h) Harass, disparage, or defame the Company or our users, or make false or misleading statements about the Company’s wellness standards.

Any involvement in a Prohibited Use constitutes a violation of these Terms and may lead to the immediate suspension or termination of your account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We may, but are not obligated to, withhold or revoke any payments or revenue generated through conduct that violates these Terms, including issuing refunds to affected Users where appropriate.

We may take any legal or equitable action available to us—including civil claims, criminal referral, injunctive relief, and permanent account closure—if you engage in any Prohibited Use or otherwise misuse the Platform. Unauthorized use of the Platform or our systems violates these Terms and may also breach applicable federal, state, international, and foreign laws.

4. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to change these Terms and associated policies or procedures from time to time with or without prior notification.
